One Retail

Services

From discovery to a live store in weeks, not quarters.

A rollout is a retail project before it is a software project. Our team has opened stores, migrated product masters and trained cashiers, and the method is built around that.

The method

Four stages, one pilot store, then waves.

  1. 1

    Weeks 1 to 2

    Discovery

We map your formats, companies and stores, and pick the pillars that matter first. You get a fit assessment module by module and a rollout plan.

  2. 2

    Weeks 3 to 6

    Configure

Master data, hierarchy, roles and integrations to your finance ERP are set up. Product, price and customer data are migrated and validated.

  3. 3

    Weeks 7 to 10

    Pilot store

One store goes live end to end: checkout, handheld operations and reporting. The store team is trained in the employee app.

  4. 4

    From week 11

    Roll out

Staged rollouts by cluster with device management, in-app training and a hypercare desk for every wave.

Training

Role-based courses in the employee app, trainer guides for every screen, and train-the-trainer sessions for your operations team.

Support

A helpdesk with SLAs, release notes for every version, and a developer service desk for your integration team.
